Satisfied with my experience dealing with staff etc, not happy it needed a new gearbox before 30,000 miles & certainly not pleased about a Vauxhall mokka hire car that didn't fit my mobility scooter in the boot,

Because they were efficient and reassured me. Unlike Marshall they don't know what they are doing, very unprofessional unlike Westerly which were a fine example of how a dealer should be.

My washer fluids were empty the week after the service. I would have thought this would be included in the service, especially as it was a full service...makes me wonder if anything else was missed.

All work carried out to time on a day and time of my choosing. Car running well and I have confidence in it. The work was not expensive and makes it worth sticking with a main dealer rather than a smaller garage. (Cheaper than Audi too)!
My service requirement was for replacement of rear brake pads. The job was started at the planned time and completed within the time estimated. The Westerly service reception staff explained to me what work had been done and the car was well cleaned.
See above. My daughter is disabled. That should not make us second class customers.
The reason for some dissatisfaction is that their work corrected the fault but I suspect did not cure the underlying problem. Not enough words left to describe what this is about.

I have to return for a new wing mirror as the parts were on back order. For a safety recall I have to go to Yoevil.
Unnecessarily long waits to get hold of reception staff often requiring call back. This was very slow and required reminders

Staff were unable to explain the problem with my vehicle adequately - suspected warped front discs. No explanation as to how these substantial items might have warped but categoric denial of a manufacturing issue. Unable to tell which disc affected

Generally the service is excellent. Once I had a puncture way from home with my run fit tyre.It was pouring with rain and I rang Westerly to ask advice.Told "we don't sell tyres".Now this I accept but somehow it didn't seem very caring.

Honestly in 38 years never had such bad service, I will not use them again. Oil cap left off 2018, 2019 top bulkhead shroud not fitted correctly after brake fluid change.
Bmw Marshalls at Poole were clearly not interested and quoted 6 - 8 weeks to get the re-call job done. Westerly did the work in 3-4 days. Westerly gave us a high spec loan car and were very accommodating.
Wiper blade was not replaced - I forgot to ask for the front n/s wiper blade to be replaced as it was defective but thought the service should have picked the fault and rectified. Tyre tread depth not filled in. Incorrect registration date shown.
Asked for car to be ready for 1.30pm so that I could attend a meeting in Bridport which was scheduled for 2.00pm Waived at garage at 1.40pm car was ready but paperwork was not Had to wait almost 40 minutes before I could get away Missed meeting
